After dealing with my road side assistance people for 6 hours... and 2 towing companies failing to show up... I was refered to this company. Michael answered the phone and was professional, polite, helpful, caring... and knew exactly where his tow truck drivers were on the road and who was available. I was given an ETA immediately... and the tow driver Bear showed up in 30 minutes!! Bear was awesome and friendly... and took great care of my Jaguar the entire process!! He was careful over speed bumps and during the entire drive to the dealership. He made me feel like I was rescued by my Big Brother and saved the day. If I could give more stars... I would!! I would definitely use this company again!!! Thanks guys!!

David drives a tow truck in the Anderson area for Hawkins Towing. He was wonderful this afternoon. He happened to be stopping in to the 7-Eleven off hwy 8 exit just in time!!!! He didn’t have to tow anything but he did help my husband get his truck out of the ditch. He did it out of the kindness of his heart. We would not have been able to move our truck and camper attached if he had not been there eating his lunch. I just wanted to say thank you and to say he’s a wonderful person for helping like that!!!!!

I had a great experience honestly. I bought a car off of Facebook and ran into some problems, but the owner was very willing to work with me and get everything cleared up. She was very understanding. They aren’t like a lot of tow companies who just want your money. I definitely would recommend.

Recommended to me by the repair shop I need to take my car to. Super friendly and professional over the phone. Kept me updated about their time of arrival and were able to drive my car, even though we thought it was stuck, called me to let me know that I could drive it and didn't charge me for coming. Wow! Incredible service. I had a flat tire on Rutherford road last night close to closing. No problem. The tire couldn’t be repaired. No problem. Had to get another one. No problem. Tire was very difficult to get off. No problem. Specialized rims. No problem. Tried to give a tip. Wouldn’t accept it!

After an unfortunate backing out incident, my friends mini van ended up in a ditch with the back of the van hanging about a foot off the road. We called Hawkins and Matt showed up, prompt and polite. The tow was quick and well finessed, with a good dose of humor that helped calm us all down. Highly recommend this company for your roadside emergency.

Approximately one month ago our motorhome broke down on HW 25 in the Up-State of SC. We called Hawkins Towing for a tow and we let them do the repairs of the vehicle back at their Tow/Repair lot. I don't normally give reviews, but in this case I must. From the tow-truck driver, to dealing with the their mechanic(s), the experience was absolutely great. They are both professional and honest. Highly, highly recommended!!!
